Man Hangs Himself From Tree In Hudson River Park

A man made good on his promise to kill himself . On July 10, a 51-year-old man was found hanging from a tree in Hudson River Park. The incident occurred near Pier 51 off of Bank and West Sts. at approximately 6:30am.

On June 1st the same male was fished out of the Hudson River by emergency workers and brought to Bellevue hospital for observation. He repeatedly made threats he was going to end his life according to law enforcement sources.
