St. John's Park Shootings - 15, and 18 -Year Old

2 Teens Shot in Crown Heights

Two teenagers were shot at St. John's Park in Crown Heights, Brooklyn Tuesday night.

An 18-year-old man was shot four times at St. Marks and Schenectady Avenue at St. John's Park at 7:51 p.m., according to the FDNY.

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the knee at near Bergen Street and Troy Avenue inside the park. The shootings happened just minutes apart.

Both are expected to survive.

Both men were taken to Kings County Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.


It is not clear what sparked the gunplay.
