Edward J. Fall, 20, of Morningside Heights was arrested in connection to two separate pellet-gun shootings in Central Park this month.
Fall is accused of shooting a female jogger in the back of the head with a BB gun while she was exiting Central Park on August 18th near 60th Street and West Drive around midnight.
He is also being charged with the shooting of a 34-year-old jogger in the head with a pellet gun near Central Park North and East Drive on August 17th.
Fall was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon as part of a hate crime, according to police.
Fall claims a friend named "Hollywood" actually committed the crime and another pal, Antwan Ross, 21, (below) was responsible for firing on two other people and a dog.
