The second body, a black male, was discovered after 8:00a.m in sand dunes in Rockaway Beach according to sources. He had gunshot wounds to the head and was stuffed in a bag.
Parks and Department of Labor workers cleaning up debris made the gruesome discovery near B.13th street.
"They were yelling and screaming," said a parks worker at the scene who added that workers were traumatized by finding the body.
The body was found yards away from where the Mayor landed in a helicopter on a recent tour of Far Rockaway according to a city source.
Forest Park was the scene of a gruesome discovery on May 12th when an unidentified man was found burnt on top of a pile of burning garbage. The victim had some mental issues and was supposedly exposing himself to women according to a parks source.
