Yingyi Li, from Parsons Blvd. was killed in Kissena Park when a large Oak tree suddenly came crashing down this evening around 6:24pm.
The woman suffered injuries to her head and face according to EMS.
A witness said he saw the woman lying face down on the floor bleeding.
EMS were unsuccessful in saving her. She was pronounced dead on arrival at NY Hospital Queens.

A second woman was also struck at the scene and was treated.
Three hours earlier a park patron was injured by a tree in another Queens Park.
A 25-year-old female was struck in the head by a fallen tree limb in Glover Cleveland Park in Queens near Grandview Avenue & Stanhope Street at 3:24pm.
She was transported to Wykoff Hospital with a head injury according to EMS.
