Police Seek Man In Shooting of Boy, 12 In Bronx Playground



Nicholas Joseph is wanted for questioning in connection to the shooting of a 12-year old boy shot inside Story Playground on April 28th.

Police are looking to question a Bronx resident in connection to the shooting of a 12-year old boy inside Story Playground on April 28th.

Nicholas Joseph,  18, 180lbs., 5'11", medium complexion, brown eyes, brown hair, lives directly across the street from the playground where the boy was shot.

On Friday, April 28, 2017 a little after 5pm,  an individual discharged a firearm inside the park, striking the victim in the left hip. 

The victim was removed to Jacobi hospital by EMS in stable condition.  

The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.
